SMT PRODUCTION LINE

Our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production line is equipped with high-speed pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) systems to ensure precise and efficient PCB assembly. From prototyping to mass production, the line supports fine-pitch components, BGA, and high-density layouts. Strict ESD controls and real-time monitoring guarantee product reliability and consistent quality.

QC Dept.

TEST LAB.

Our QC Test Lab is equipped with a comprehensive range of testing instruments to ensure product quality, reliability, and compliance with international standards. The lab conducts rigorous inspections including functional testing, durability testing, environmental simulation, aging tests, and safety verification.
